We know that when you start planning a wedding it feels like there are a million aspects to think about and you have a lot of decisions to make but don’t worry, we are here to help! We want you to enjoy your wedding planning experience from start to finish and hopefully manage to make it to your big day stress free…with a little helping hand from us!

We know one of the biggest decisions from the beginning is choosing the venue (after all, it is the entire basis for the big day), so we have decided to list some of our firm favourites that have been tried and tested by our gorgeous brides to give you all the inspiration you need!

1. KING STREET TOWNHOUSE HOTEL

This venue is perfect for all you Carrie Bradshaw’s out there! Think Sex and The City, New York vibes with a rooftop pool bar and endless views of the city.

With all its stylish interiors and unique features this hotel is perfect for the modern bride who is looking for something a bit different, while giving you all the fairy tale moments of your dreams.

Our stunning bride Corrine had the day of her dreams with her nearest and dearest in the most stunning settings captured perfectly by the talented Nigel John.   Your guests can then relax and unwind in one of the spectacular bedrooms and then continue the celebrations with afternoon tea the following day in ‘The Tavern’. What more could you want?!

2. DELAMERE MANOR

Think classic English manor house with a French twist…Ooh la la!

This venue is full of character and perfect for both outdoor and indoor weddings. You and your glam squad can spend the morning getting ready in their signature ‘makeover room’ which is both brightly lit and spacious. Trust us your hair and makeup artists will appreciate this when perfecting your bridal glam more than you know.

Can you imagine anything more perfect than celebrating your magical day within 100 acres of Cheshire countryside with the man of your dreams and your closest friends and family?!

The gardens really are to die for with stunning topiary surrounding beautiful flower displays as far as the eye can see. You can get your ‘Golden hour’ photos in the picturesque garden and then head to their famous staircase for a dramatic entrance into the evening!

This venue is perfect for a classic bride who wants to put a modern spin on things. Just like our gorgeous bride Charlotte who married the man of her dreams in her custom Riki Dalal gown. With Red Floral creating the most incredible displays I’m sure you will agree that this was a wedding to remember! *Go ahead and screenshot away, we don’t blame you…

3. MOTTRAM HALL

Where do we start with this award winning cheshire wedding venue? You can see from Lauren’s pictures that Mottram Hall really is one of a kind. With a setting this romantic it truly is the most beautiful setting for both the ceremony, as well as the reception, perfectly situated in the heart of the countryside.

If you’re looking for photos that will help the memory live on forever, picture this…Having a stroll through their unbelievable rose gardens, as you approach their very own private lake.

It’s all in the details and if you choose a photographer like Shane Webber you can be sure he’ll be there to capture all those special moments in this fairy-tale venue.

The best part of this truly unique Hall is the utterly charming ceremony room. With its candle lit isle and intimate layout, it is sure to bring a tear to everyone’s eye. Get your tissues at the ready guys…

4. DORFOLD HALL

Lets be honest, the fact that they allow dogs at Dorfold Hall for your photographs is going to convince most of you girls that this is the perfect venue for you!

Lucy and her husband look absolutely incredible for their big day but we have to admit that their two furry groomsmen might be slightly stealing the show…what can we say?! Their fabulous photographer Jess Yarwood must have had some doggy treats on hand to capture these great pictures.

Dorfold Halls romantic country estate is the perfect backdrop for your special day. With French Chateau vibes It is the perfect mix of both historic and contemporary. Your day will be glamourous but with a causal feel as you enjoy cocktails and canapes by the firepits on the lawn. You can then walk through the secret gardens to access the many cottages that are perfect for your guests to make the most of the celebrations (Perfect, right?)

Even better…Dinner will be hosted in the dining room the night before for all your closest family and friends (However It may be worth limiting your drinks here…just a thought!).

5. PECKFORTON CASTLE

We already loved this venue but when we saw Katie’s big day we fell in love all over again. It really was the day of dreams with the fabulous Qube events creating utter magic and Lesley Meredith capturing the most beautiful pictures of the stunning couple as they take an evening stroll through the dreamy woodland surrounding the castle.

Let’s be real girls, who doesn’t want to get married in an actual castle?! There is even an underground wine bar to continue the party! (What more could we ask for?!)

With it’s stone interior, regal red carpets and stunning high ceilings it is the perfect place to complete your love story…
