However, we do have a sample sale gown collection and each year, we launch a sale edit where we have a collection of ex-display dresses available to purchase. Even better, all of the dresses are reduced with up to 70% off!
As a guide, our bridal gowns range from £1,900 – £3,500.
The majority of the dresses are within the £2,000 – £2,800. However we do try our very best to accommodate every budget, so if you have an ideal price bracket in mind, please let us know, and we can do our best to advise during your appoinment.
Don’t forget that we have the sample sale edit too, which is handy for those looking for a ready to buy bargain!
When you find ‘The One’ we will measure you during your appointment and help decide on the best size of dress to order based on the designers size chart.
We will then require a 50% deposit to place the order. The remaining balance is not due until your dress arrives (6-8 months later).
We will also be on hand to help you choose any accessories you wish to order or try on and to help arrange a seamstress to make any necessary alterations.
As we have mentioned, we recommend that brides give themselves at least 12 months before their wedding to start looking. This is plenty of time and ensures that everything runs smoothly with time to play around with should you need it, but if you want to start earlier than that, then go for it!
It may be best to wait until your venue is booked just so you have a date secured and we have something to work towards. It is also easier to imagine your whole day coming together once your venue is chosen.
When we order a dress, we measure the bride and work with each designers sizing guide to find the size best suited, and order the dress in the closest size.
When you come to try your dress on with us we will go through all necessary alterations required. Before this appointment will have helped you to get you booked in with one of our recommended seamstresses – They are real-life fairy godmothers!
It will be their job to make those all-important ‘tweaks’ to ensure that your dress fits perfectly! Most dresses need alterations to fit, so please don’t panic; this is all part of the process to ensure it fits like a glove…
Our bridal appointments are within private bridal suites so that you and your guests have complete privacy and thoroughly enjoy yourselves. The suites comfortably seat you plus up to 3 adult guests. This way, the bride has plenty of space to move around in the dresses, and your guests can all sit comfortably and enjoy a complimentary prosecco!
Some of our bridal suites are upstairs, so if you or any of your guests have any issues with stairs, please do let us know before your visit so that we can ensure you are booked into our ground-floor suite. (Please note we do not allow children into store for insurance reasons)
When it comes to our samples, they tend to average around a size UK12. It’s important to remember the samples are a guide to try, they don’t have to fit exact.
We can order a range of sizes in the dresses we order for our Brides, including custom sizing so we can ensure the perfect proportions are created for our girls.
While we are aware this might not suit each and every bride we always want to be completely transparent before your appointment. Our sample size is based upon the most common size ordered by our Brides so we try our best to ensure they can try a size close to what they would likely order to help with the vision of the overall look.
Each appointment is 1 hour 15 minutes and we will ensure that you have plenty of time to try on lots of gorgeous styles!
When you first come into the store we ask our brides to look through the entire collection and choose a few dresses that really stand out to them to begin with. Once we have tried their chosen gowns our bridal stylists will take on board the feedback/opinions and we will use that to choose more dresses to try. During the appointment we listen closely to what each bride likes and dislikes and recommend dresses based on that.
Don’t worry you can just relax…we’re here to do the hard work for you!
We add new dresses to our collection roughly every 6-8 months but keep your eyes peeled for ‘PREVIEW WEEKS’ where you get a sneak peak of the new collections before they officially launch. As a guide we tend to say the new arrivals land most commonly in February and September.
Of course, it is in the back of everyone’s mind that traditionally a bride should wear white but believe it or not there are hardly any dresses in ‘true white’ any more. Before you panic that doesn’t mean that the dresses don’t look white! Let me explain…
Most dresses that you see that look white are actually ivory believe it or not! Ivory is actually a shade of white but is known as a ‘wearable white’ as true white can wash you out and have a blue hue which isn’t very flattering nor blendable.
That is why most designers work with ivory nowadays, and to the naked eye, it still looks bright white.
Within our store, we have a large selection of colours available, from ivory to pink to nude bases. So, whether you are looking for Ivory, Nude, Champagne, Oyster or Blush we have something perfect for you and your skin tone.
We have a large collection of bridal accessories in store, including veils, bridal bows, jewellery, hair accessories, garters and even dog bows!

Of course we completely understand that you want to feel your absolute best on your wedding day and so you should! With this in mind we understand that a lot of brides want to loose weight, gain weight, start working out or change particular aspects of themselves to increase their confidence so do not worry we are here to help!
We are on hand to help with any advice or information you may need and we can help choose the right size dress for you to require the least alterations once it arrives.
Each situation is completely personal and we respect that. So recommend you coming into the store to speak to our bridal stylists. This is where we can give you honest advice and most importantly, work with you to find the perfect style and size of dress to work with your intended changes. Remember, we’re here to make sure you feel a million dollars no matter what changes you want to make!
Our store is based in Ramsbottom, a quaint little town just outside of Manchester. We are surrounded by fabulous bars and restaurants so why not make a day of it and book a spot of lunch after your appointment!
We have direct links to most major cities in the UK to make it easy for brides to get to us. As a guide below is the estimated travel time from some nearby areas:

Although we do not have parking on site there is lots of available parking in the area and it is free of charge. If you are having trouble parking or don’t know the area, please give a call and we will be happy to advise.
