Why did you choose The White Gallery?

I had decided years before I was even engaged that I would buy my wedding dress from The White Gallery. From the moment I discovered them on Instagram, I was obsessed, constantly imagining the day it would finally be my turn to visit your beautiful boutique.

How did you find wedding dress shopping?

My in-store experience was everything I had dreamed of and more. Seeing all of those incredible dresses in person is something I will never forget. Frances was so welcoming and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. She is incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me throughout the entire appointment.

How did you know when you found ‘the one’?

As a February bride, I initially wanted to try a long-sleeved dress. The moment I put on what I can only describe as my dream dress, I felt both excited and disappointed—I absolutely adored the dress but wasn’t keen on the sleeves. Thankfully, this was no issue at all. As soon as the sleeves were tucked away, I knew it was the one.

Frances then found the perfect overskirt, giving me two stunning looks in one, along with the most beautiful veil to complete everything.

What made your experience special?

Even now, months later, the girls at The White Gallery continue to be my biggest cheerleaders. I am so incredibly grateful for all of their support and for making me feel like so much more than just another customer.
