Once you’ve chosen your first gowns to start with you will be welcomed into your private Bridal suite. This means just you and your nearest and dearest. No other onlookers or Brides, it’s a space designed entirely for your privacy. And in our eyes, that’s exactly how choosing ‘the one’ should be.

What to Expect at Your Appointment

Arrival & welcome
The moment you walk through our doors, you’ll enter a Bridal haven. Relaxed, tranquil and most importantly, a calm space for you to get comfortable and explore.

Your Style Journey
We begin by asking you to pick up to 3 gowns to start with. This is just the beginning, as you’ll try many more than that, but we all start somewhere.
We’ll discuss if you have an initial vision to contend with, if you’ve tried before, and the brief of the wedding, so your stylist can get a vision for your wedding as a whole.

Trying dresses
This is where the real fun begins. We’ll guide you into our private bridal suite, reserved exclusively for you and your guests. You can take a moment to take it all in (with Prosecco in hand, of course) and get ready to really dive into the collections.

Styling & guidance
Your personalised stylist will be on hand to guide you from start to finish. They will take each opinion (both good and bad) on board to pull other gowns you may never have even considered before.

Decision support
This is all about you! And what you feel your absolute best in for the biggest day of your life.
We are on hand to support you in making the right one. Not being swayed by family or friends, we’ll be your backup should you need us. This is one of the most important decisions you’ll look back on – make it count.

We specialise in one-to-one appointments as standard. We always want to ensure our brides have our full undivided attention in our luxurious private Bridal suites, which is why we emphasise how vital it is to book your appointment:
After all, considering we have brides who travel all the way from the Lake District or even Liverpool, we’d hate for you to make the journey and us not be able to fit you in.
Of course, you can. We welcome your Bridal entourage. However, with our wealth of experience, we would like to offer you some advice: no more than 3 adult guests.
Trust us when we say you need the space to be able to see yourself as a bride without the overwhelm of too many thoughts and opinions, where you would leave the appointment being none the wiser.
If you found styles/dresses you loved, you are more than welcome to book a second appointment to be able to show off your favourites.
Due to the nature of the store, we do ask that no children or babies be present during appointments. This is for not only the children’s safety, but also for the store as a whole. The environment is not well-suited for children, and with you being preoccupied, there are too many risks present.
With us having private bridal suites, we have multiple bride experiences to consider. We wish for every bride to be able to be well and truly relaxed, to be able to enjoy their experience too.We really appreciate your understanding

The magic number is 12-18 months before the big day! The dream timeline:
1-3 months for shopping to find ‘the one’.
6-8 months once your dress has been ordered for it to arrive in store.
3-4 months once your dress arrives for your fitting with us in store and the seamstress. This might seem a long time but you have to consider how booked up our incredible recommended seamstresses get.
The more time you have on your side, the better. As the wedding fast approaches, you’ll have a lot more on your to-do list as well as a lot more in the way of final decision-making – so use your time wisely.
