Samantha travelled from Burnley to The White Gallery in search of a wedding dress that felt elegant, modern and completely her own. For her wedding at Hobbit Hill in Clitheroe, she chose a stunning Monreal fishtail gown paired with a Zavana Bridal overskirt to create the perfect two-in-one bridal look.

Why did you choose The White Gallery?

I chose The White Gallery because the gowns they provide seem to be styles more suited to me.  I also felt like it wasn’t too overwhelming for me; there’s enough choice without being too much.  

Did you do your research before visiting?

Yes, the reviews were amazing, and the service was really helpful and so easy-going that I felt comfortable and not pressured into making any decisions. 

How did you find wedding dress shopping?

Wedding dress shopping for me was an easier process than expected. I was worried I wouldn’t find the one and get that amazing feeling, but I did.

How did you know when you found ‘the one’?

The first dress I tried was one I didn’t think would be me, but I instantly got butterflies and a rush of emotion, feeling that’s how I knew it was the one. The more I looked at the dress, the more it was actually perfectly suited. The fit, colour, size of train and design, but also being able to add extras to it to create a 2-in-1 dress was exactly what I wanted.

There were some doubts throughout the process, but each time I put it on, it felt right, so I knew I’d made the right choice!
